Stronghold Creative is the business name of Nathan Hall, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. By engaging with our services you agree to these Terms of Business.
Stronghold Creative provides design, branding, and other creative services.
All work is agreed in writing before starting.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Invoices are issued at project milestones or on completion.
Payment is due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee.
Ownership of work transfers to the client once full payment is received.
Stronghold Creative retains the right to display completed work in portfolios or marketing materials.
The scope of work includes the revisions stated in the quote.
Additional changes may incur extra charges, agreed beforehand.
If a project is cancelled after work begins, the client is liable for payment for all work completed up to that point.
Stronghold Creative is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or third-party issues.
Clients are responsible for approving work before publication or use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
